Steps to Cancel a Session…We understand that life happens! If you are needing to cancel or reschedule a session, We ask that you please call us at (920) 501-0670 or send us an email at metamorposiscounselingllc@gmail.com and let us know that you will need to cancel as soon as you possibly can. We prefer that you give at least a 24 hour notice for cases that are not considered an emergency. Metamorphosis Counseling LLC reserves the right to charge a $30 late or last minute cancelation fee for cancelations that could possibly inhibit the business from having enough time to fill that time slot. There are many people needing or seeking therapy sessions and we ask that you try to respect our other clients by giving ample time to fill open session slots in place of your being unable to make an appointment.
